Delivery Information

We try to get Postman Pat to deliver all our packages, but if your package is too big or heavy for Pat to fit on his bike, we will have to use a courier.

We do not make any profit on deliveries, and we will charge you whatever either Royal Mail or the courier company charge us.

We do not specify one individual courier company as their rates vary.

Currently we offer a free 2-3 day delivery service, however you can choose a next day delivery service at extra cost (see table below).

Please Note: Our Next Day delivery service means next working day, orders will only be processed Monday – Friday and must be placed before 2.00pm, after this time we can not guarantee your items will be delivered the following working day.

Below is a table which tells you how much you are likely to be charged for next day delivery. Our website calculates the combined weight of the products you want to purchase, and when you reach the checkout your total postage charge is calculated.

We aim to deliver all orders within your chosen delivery period. However sometimes due to unforeseen complications we are unable to fulfil some deliveries, if this is the case you will be informed via e-mail or telephone.
